Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-11-05
This policy explains how Fujian Younglytech Co,. Ltd. (trading as YounglyGroup Overseas) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit younglytech.com or contact us. We are committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and applicable national data protection laws.
1. Who we are (Data Controller)
Fujian Younglytech Co,. Ltd., registered in the People's Republic of China, with its overseas business operations at No. 201, Guangfu Rd., Central District, Taichung City, Taiwan (contact: sales@younglytech.com), is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We determine the purposes and means of processing. Our EU/UK enquiries contact point is the same address.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit an inquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company name, country, product or category interest, quantity, project timeline, budget indication, your message, the page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser user-agent string. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp we keep the correspondence you send. We also receive aggregated, privacy-conscious traffic measurement used to understand which pages are useful.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies for form submission, security checks and session management. These cannot be disabled because the website cannot function without them. We use preference cookies to remember your language and region. We use analytics cookies in aggregate form to understand how the site is used. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, we do not sell visitor data, and we do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.
4. Why we process your data and on what legal basis
We process your data to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send quotations, take and fulfil orders, arrange shipping and customs documentation, and provide after-sales and warranty support. Under GDPR Article 6 we rely on: (a) your consent, where we have asked for it; (b) the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract, where your inquiry relates to an order we may enter into; (c) our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a B2B website, balanced against your rights, which do not override ours in the case of genuine B2B enquiries; and (d) legal obligation, including tax, customs and export-control record keeping.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data that does not lead to an order is retained for 24 months from last contact and then deleted. Data relating to a contract, order, invoice or shipping record is retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, customs and commercial law, typically 5 to 10 years after the transaction. Records required for export control and sanctions screening are retained for the period specified by the relevant regulation.
6. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with service providers who support us in delivering the service you requested, and who are bound to process it only on our instructions: our cloud hosting and content delivery provider, our email delivery provider, our freight forwarder and customs broker (solely to prepare shipping and customs documentation for your order), and our payment or letter-of-credit banking partner where relevant. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes with third parties. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, and we will notify you unless prohibited from doing so.
7. International transfers
Our operations are based in China and Taiwan, so personal data you submit is processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with a transfer impact assessment and supplementary measures where required. You may request a copy of the safeguards we apply by writing to sales@younglytech.com. Note that certain data may be disclosed to authorities in the jurisdictions where we operate where required by applicable law, including export control and sanctions screening.
8. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to: request access to your personal data and a copy of it; request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure of your data; request restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing; request portability of data you provided; withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent; and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to sales@younglytech.com. We respond within 30 days. We may ask for information to verify your identity. You also have the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, which we do not use.
9. International Business enquiries and legitimate interest
We receive many enquiries from businesses rather than private individuals. Where we rely on legitimate interests as the basis for processing a business contact's details, you can object at any time on the same grounds as above. If you are a private individual and you have not requested a quotation from us, please contact us and we will delete your details from our active systems.
10. Security of your data
We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, restrict access to personal data to staff who need it to respond to enquiries and fulfil orders, and maintain records of processing activities. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, which is commercial contact and project enquiry data rather than special category data.
11. Children
This website and our services are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact sales@younglytech.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be notified by email where we hold your address.
