MOQ varies by product. For catalog items (brands): typically 1 unit. For custom OEM: usually 10-50 units depending on complexity. We can be flexible on first orders.
Do you offer samples? +
Yes for most catalog items. Sample fees may apply but are usually credited against your first production order. Custom samples are quoted case-by-case.
What certifications do you provide? +
CE, UL, ISO 9001 for our factories. We can also help with country-specific certifications (CCC, GOST, KC, INMETRO, etc.) on request.
What are typical lead times? +
Stock items: 1-2 weeks. Catalog items (brands): 2-4 weeks. Custom OEM: 4-8 weeks including sample approval.
How does payment work? +
T/T (wire) 30/70 for production orders. 100% upfront for samples and stock items. L/C for established relationships. DDP available for select regions.
Can you handle shipping and customs? +
Yes. FOB Shanghai, CIF your port, or DDP to your door (select regions). We handle export docs and customs clearance.
