Send your RFQ
5 minUse our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Include part numbers (with brand), quantities, target delivery date, and destination country.
Receive our quotation
within 24 hoursWe respond with itemized pricing, lead time, shipping terms, and payment terms. Quote validity 30 days.
Sample (optional)
5-10 days (stock) / 2-4 weeks (custom)For custom OEM products, we recommend a sample run before bulk production. Sample cost is typically credited against the bulk order.
Place order + deposit
depends on order sizeSign PI (Proforma Invoice), arrange 30% T/T deposit. Production scheduled upon deposit clearance.
Production + QC
2-10 weeks per productProduction with progress updates. Pre-shipment inspection (FAT available for cabinets). Photos + videos on request.
Balance payment + ship
within 48 hours of B/L70% balance against copy of B/L. We ship and send you B/L, invoice, packing list, COO, and any preferential tariff forms (Form A/E/F).
What speeds up your RFQ response
The more context you provide, the more accurate our first quotation can be. Before you send, gather as much of the following as you can:
- ✓ Part numbers and brand preferences (or our engineering team can recommend)
- ✓ Quantities — rough numbers are fine for a first quote
- ✓ Target delivery date / urgency level
- ✓ Destination country (for shipping cost + customs estimate)
- ✓ Special certifications required (UL, CE, IEC, ATEX, IP rating)
- ✓ Any constraints: power system (50/60 Hz), voltage, panel dimensions, environmental conditions
- ✓ If you have a CAD drawing or sample photos, attach them — they save us 1-2 clarification rounds
Payment Terms
Standard: T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight for larger orders. DDP shipping terms available on request. Quote validity 30 days.
Customs Clearance
FOB/CIF: your broker handles import. DDP: we handle duties and last-mile delivery. We provide all export-side documents; your broker handles import-side. If you do not have a broker, we can recommend one in your country.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies to brand components (varies by brand and SKU). For OEM/ODM custom products, we provide 12-month workmanship warranty from delivery. Defective units are replaced or refunded after joint review of QC documentation.
