Goods made available at our factory. You arrange pickup, export, and import.
Best for: Buyers with their own freight forwarder
Free Carrier
We deliver to your nominated carrier at a named place (typically our factory or a Chinese port).
Best for: Buyers arranging their own international freight
Free On Board
We deliver goods onto the vessel at the named port of shipment. Sea freight only.
Best for: Bulk orders; buyer arranges ocean freight
Cost, Insurance, Freight
We arrange sea freight + insurance to the named destination port. You handle import clearance.
Best for: Sea freight with peace of mind on shipping + insurance
Delivered At Place
We deliver to your named destination (e.g. your warehouse). You handle import clearance.
Best for: Air or sea freight; buyer prefers last-mile control
Delivered Duty Paid
We handle everything: freight, insurance, customs duties, last-mile delivery. You receive goods ready to use.
Best for: Buyers without import brokers; some regions only
Typical lead times
From PO to delivery at your site. All estimates assume standard documentation and no unusual supply-chain delays.
Export documentation
Every shipment includes the standard export documents. Additional certifications available on request.
Commercial Invoice
Itemized with HS codes, unit prices, total value, payment terms.
Packing List
Carton-by-carton breakdown with dimensions and weight for customs.
Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill
Carrier-issued transport document.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Issued by China Chamber of Commerce. Required for tariff preference claims.
Form A / Form E / Form F
Preferential tariff certificates for GSP countries (EU, ASEAN, etc.).
CE / IEC / UL Test Reports
Type-test and routine-test certificates. Available for most products.
Insurance Certificate
Provided for CIF and DDP terms.
